Sweetgrass is a sacred herb commonly used in smudging ceremonies to bring positive energy to people, objects or areas. It is well known for its fresh and sweet vanilla-like scent. Sweetgrass can also be carried or worn as a protective amulet. Each braid is picked and hand braided by the First Nations families from Canada. Thickness and length may vary.
