Items purchased through saintterra.com can request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in its original packaging and unused.

Use the Contact Us form to request a return. Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, all refunds are processed into the original payment method.

Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.

*Any returned product that is not from Saint Terra will be disposed.
